How to install / move new apps to the external memory card?

The function of installing applications on a memory card is implemented by default. The user is not given a choice of installation location (internal memory or memory card). It is determined by the application developer and is prescribed in the installation *.apk file. That is an *.apk file that installs the application only in a specific location (internal memory or memory card). After aplication is installed you may transfer it to the external memory only if this function was allowed by the application developer.
